Who We Are
We're builders, innovators, and problem solvers on a mission to help people build better through new technology solutions.
Russell Einbinder
Russell is a builder who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and growth. As co-founder of Lowcode Garage, he's on a mission to democratize technology development for non-technical professionals.
With experience spanning architecture and tech startups, Russell brings a unique perspective to the automation space. At Everyrealm, he rose to Chief Growth Officer, scaling the company from 6 to 60+ employees while launching multiple products from concept to market—including a platform that reached 300,000 users in just six weeks.
During his time in architecture, Russell worked on over 30 civic and institutional buildings, collaborating with numerous city agencies including the NYC Economic Development Corporation, NYC Parks Department, and NYC Department of Transportation. This blend of creative problem-solving, technical direction, and experience leading offshore engineering teams across four continents forms the foundation of the Director's Stack methodology at Lowcode Garage.
Russell is a graduate of Amherst College and received his Masters of Architecture from Columbia University.
Julia Schwartz
Julia is a strategic operator who works at the intersection of business, technology, and brand. As co-founder of Lowcode Garage, she's focused on helping growth-stage companies leverage AI and low-code tools to streamline operations and drive growth.
Before Lowcode Garage, Julia was a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Everyrealm, an a16z-backed gaming and blockchain startup. There, she led product and marketing, launching multiple products including video game titles and blockchain projects. She also worked with partners across industries, including Atari, fashion brand Jonathan Simkhai, and J.P. Morgan.
Earlier in her career, Julia held roles at Republic, Compound, and spent over six years at Neuberger Berman in Private Equity. She brings a cross-disciplinary background and a hands-on approach to building tools and systems that drive real business outcomes.

Why We Built It
Two coworkers turned deskmates turned psuedo-friends turned business partners.
Through unconventional paths, we both found ourselves as "non-technical" people in the world of tech. Often met with responses like "this will take 6 months to build," or "we'll need a team of at least 5 devs," and our favorite, "I need at least a week to set up AWS," we knew there had to be a better way.
So, we found our way by finding our own way to do things, and we built Lowcode Garage for people like us.
Who we are:
- Stubbornly (and charmingly) Impatient – We refuse to wait for permission to create
- Pathologically Curious – We question every "that's how it's done"
- Creatively Resourceful – We transform constraints into competitive advantages
- Deliberately Generalist – We thrive at the intersection of disciplines
Lowcode Garage is where builders of all kinds leverage AI, automation, and lowcode to build literally anything—without a team of engineers, code ninjas, scrum masters, or UXperts. Just you, your ideas, and your direction.
Whether you're creating a personalized app, an automated workflow, an entirely new business model, or something even bigger, we believe that with the Director's Stack and a builder's mindset, you can make it happen.
