You open Claude and hook her into your Slack, project tracker, and company wiki.

You say:

"Here are 20 people that just signed up for my email list – write follow-up emails and schedule an intro meeting with them. Draft it in my inbox so I can review and send."

She delivers.

Then you say:

"Look at what the construction team has built so far from the latest site pictures and compare that to the roadmap spreadsheet – are we on track?

What can we do to speed things up?"

She delivers—again.
